Squad Games is a fitness competition held in Johannesburg, South Africa, built on the concept of Koinonia — fellowship through faith, community, and fitness. The brainchild of two brothers, Squad Games sees squads go head-to-head in teams of two (DUO) and teams of three (TRIO) across a series of signature workouts that test strength, engine, and teamwork. Two showdowns a year to celebrate one community.
